The Rideau Canal connects the city of Ottawa, Canada to the city of Kingston, Ontario. Opened in 1832 as a precaution in case of war with the United States, this waterway is the oldest continuously operated canal system in North America and was registered a world heritage site in 2007.
About the door:
The Rideau door is a 5/8″ thick slab thermofoil door with an oversized chamfer on the edge to give more visual appeal. This door looks equally well pressed in either solid or woodgrain thermofoil.
